  • Lead workforce administration, succession planning, and support talent development initiatives to help strengthen future growth.
  • Provide insight and recommendations based on HR metrics and trends.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for salaried and hourly roles, including sourcing, interviewing, referencing and onboarding.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.
  • Help maintain the positive, inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and appropriate engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with site leaders to drive annual employee surveys, action planning, and continuous improvement of the employee experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution in line with company policies and UK employment law.
  • Oversee the performance management process, providing coaching to managers and ensuring accountability for results.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with UK employment laws.
  • In conjunction with the HR officer, maintain accurate HR records and administer benefits programs in partnership with corporate HR.
  • Update and enforce HR policies and procedures across the three sites.
  • Help coordinate training and learning programmes to support continued skill development and regulatory compliance.
  • Track and report on training completion and effectiveness.
    • Support and participate in audits and regulatory visits as needed.
    • Travel between sites as required (anticipated 20-30%).
