UVA's School of Continuing and Professional Studies seeks a Student Success Coach to support students on their journey from admission to program completion. The School helps working adults finish their degrees and advance their careers through a variety of online and in-person programs including bachelor's degree completion, professional certificates, a master's in public safety, and other career accelerators. The Student Success Coach will serve as a key point of contact for students from the point of admission through program completion, with a goal of improving the student experience and ability to persist and complete programs.
Responsibilities:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. This position is eligible for remote or hybrid work. Minimum Requirements
