Administer and maintain the Global Concur Expense platform, travel management company (TMC) platform, and corporate card program, including system configurations and vendor coordination. Conduct training and provide ongoing support to employees, Local Administrators, and new hires on T&E systems and processes. Review and process employee expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance; assist with disputes, lost cards, and fraudulent transactions. Manage corporate card program operations including issuance, limit adjustments, cancellations, reconciliations, and vendor coordination. Generate and distribute reports on T&E metrics, policy exceptions, spending trends, and cost-saving opportunities; provide ad hoc reporting as needed. Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and reporting for tax, finance, HR, and other business partners. Collaborate with sourcing on RFQs and contract renewals; attend QBRs with travel partners to ensure alignment with business goals. Recommend and implement process improvements; maintain intranet content and stay informed on global travel trends.
YOU HAVE:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field preferred. 2+ years experience in travel & expense administration is preferred. Experience with expense management tools (Concur a plus), travel management companies and credit card programs preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Prior experience in a multinational or fast paced corporate environment preferred. Familiarity with international travel compliance and tax implications preferred.

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $62,900.00 - $116,900.00
