Job Summary: The Manager, ISS Operations provides proactive operational support in alignment with the strategic priorities of the ISS practice. The primary focus of the position is to collaboratively lead and continuously improve internal operational workflows across the practice, while supporting key stakeholders to drive team engagement. This role is critical in enhancing process efficiency and supporting internal initiatives across various systems and other internal platforms, with a focus and ability to execute with accountability. Job Duties:
Operations and Resource Management:
- Drives internal initiatives in partnership with internal working groups
- Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure systems and tools are optimized for scalability, usability, and alignment with business goals
- Supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal operational workflows across Resource Management, CRM, Smartsheet, SharePoint and other platforms, as they arise
- Develops and maintains documentation and training materials for internal processes and systems to ensure consistency and knowledge retention
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, aligning collaboration and communication to support the strategic vision and priorities of the practice
- Other duties as required
Communication:
- Effectively communicates with leaders, project teams, and staff to ensure that information is clear, concise and effectively executed
- Participates in internal meetings to stay aligned with strategic priorities and operational needs
People:
- Serves as the liaison across teams to promote communication, collaboration and shared success
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Trains, develops, and mentors ISS RISE Operations personnel, including workload allocation, performance feedback, and professional development in partnership with RISE leadership
- Leads and coordinates all aspects of onboarding activities to ensure a seamless new hire experience
Fosters a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning within the operations team Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Education:
- Bachelor's degree, required; focus in Business Administration, preferred
Experience:
- Five (5) or more years in business process, project management, and solution implementation, required
- Industry experience in finance and/or consulting, preferred
License(s)/Certification(s):
Software:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, required
- Prior experience in CRM, Smartsheet, preferred
Language(s):

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically business and report writing

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range:
$90,000 - $100,000
Maryland Range:
$90,000 - $100,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range:
$90,000 - $100,000
