If this describes you, we are looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Electrical Engineer where you will be an asset to drive our energy, infrastructure, federal, and international projects and leverage your experience to lead our talented and diverse engineering staff. Our projects are of varying sizes and locations for higher education, utility, federal, municipal and industrial clients. Renewable system design is becoming a larger part of our portfolio and offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in this rapidly expanding segment of consulting service.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Lead engineers on a variety of electrical project.
  • Electrical System Analysis including Load Flow, short circuit, arc flash studies as well as engineering of microgrid (distributed generation).
  • Studies and System Modeling for battery storage energy systems, and photovoltaic electrical systems.
  • Electrical design for in accordance with the NEC, including providing power to medium and low voltage distribution systems, mechanical building systems, and lighting systems.
  • Work would include campus distribution and building low voltage systems, and potentially European voltage systems and standards.
  • Serve as a technical liaison with clients on project efforts and technical efforts.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) Registration, or ability to obtain in 1 year
  • 8-15 Years experience in medium and low voltage electrical systems
  • Proficiency with ETAP, SKM, or Easypower
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving client, project and industry needs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Industrial, distributed generation, federal experience; Department of Defense (military)
  • AGI or Visual Lighting, and AutoCAD/Revit

Stanley's Approach to Flexibility
While some members choose to work out of their local office on a full-time basis, we offer a hybrid schedule for eligible positions consisting of two days a week in the office, two days a week remotely, and Friday being a flexible day that can be worked either in the office or at home. Eligible roles can also offer a compressed workweek schedule. Members who participate will be assigned a 9/80 work schedule, meaning every other Friday off!
