KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, ECP SAP SuccessFactors to join our Advisory Services practice.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Transformation projects involving strategy, implementation, and optimization of the payroll function, inclusive of partnering with other technical solutions (such as HR, Workforce Management, Benefits, Finance)
  • Manage cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation and project and financial management
  • Identify opportunities to improve Payroll processes, enhance the Payroll operating model, and implement SAP Payroll best practices, as well as help clients identify Payroll risks and optimization opportunities
  • Assist in the practice development and execute process and strategy improvements within our SAP HCM/SuccessFactors US practice with a focus on Payroll and Workforce Management; drive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources and training for Payroll transformation efforts
  • Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach
  • Global Payroll expertise with a focus on SAP ECP, and other Payroll vendors and solutions
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience implementing SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) with Payroll operational expertise and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll functional usage
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; Advanced degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information technology or related field preferred
  • Proficient in configuring SAP Employee Central Payroll for US payroll, garnishments, and US tax processing; experience with integration of Payroll with other SAP modules and business functions ,as well as other Payroll vendors and solutions (Payroll Interface)
  • American Payroll Association Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and/or SAP SuccessFactors SAP Employee Central Payroll certification(s) highly desirable
  • Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies and leading practices in the Payroll, HR and Workforce Management space, as well as experience in building business cases to guide clients in operating model and Payroll vendor and operations solutions
  • Ability to travel as needed

California Salary Range: $135000 - $218000
