Workday Analyst - Temporary (onsite)

This is a full time, 1 year contract position. This position is located onsite and is not eligible for remote work.

Summary

The temporary Workday Analyst will function as a post-implementation consultant, partnering with the HR team and other business leaders to lead and support improvement efforts within the Workday System. This will range from business process improvements across multiple modules, to training end users, to as needed support on issue resolutions.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Workday HRIS consultant supporting multiple modules including Recruiting, Benefits, Performance, Payroll, Time Tracking, HCM and others as needed.

  • Supports the broader HR team in various functional areas to resolve urgent issues as needed in Workday

  • Develop and deliver training documents and other documentation to ensure end user understanding of workday processes and procedures (SOPs, How-tos, etc.)

  • Provide training to end users, department leads, and other team members as needed.

  • Collaborates with HR functional leaders in process improvements to business processes in Workday and other functionality improvements, resolving urgent configuration issues as they arise.

  • Test, validate, and implement system changes and enhancements to ensure optimal functionality and user experience in identified functional areas.

Customer Service Responsibilities

Demonstrate excellent customer service and standards of behaviors as well as encourages, coaches, and monitors the same in team members. This individual should consistently promote teamwork and direct communication with co-workers and deal discretely and sensitively with confidential information.

Responsibilities in Quality Improvement

Contribute by identifying problems and seeking solutions. Promote patient/family satisfaction where possible; participates in departmental efforts to monitor and report customer service.

Essential Job Qualifications

  • Certified in Workday:HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Advance Compensation

  • Experience with post-implementation HRIS configuration

  • 3 years prior Workday HRIS experience

  • Bachelor's or equivalent work experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize and provide timely resolutions

Preferred Job Qualifications

  • Certified in Workday

  • Other applicable Workday certs
