The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, cloud platforms, system reliability engineering, and standard network operations knowledge. What You Will Do: Works within established agile methods, promoting an atmosphere of continuous improvement. Works with product team and stakeholders to refine and document requirements. Continuously learns new technologies, patterns and practices. Documents knowledge for the benefit of the team. Reports to the team on obstacles androadblocks. Participates in sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and other team meetings. Promote patterns and best practices on the team. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable software delivery. Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software lifecycle. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform. Help develop an Observation Strategy and monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environments. Maintain and improve build and deployment scripts and tools. Ensure security and compliance across development and production environments. Apply principles of system reliability engineering to ensure high availability and fault tolerance. Support and optimize standard network operations across cloud and on-prem environments. Assists with release planning and releases Assists the support team as needed, including root cause analysis. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of relevant experience Proven experience with CI/CD tools and workflows (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD). Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell). Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) Understanding system reliability engineering practices. Knowledge of standard network operations and protocols. Preferred Qualifications: Trade or Technical School 5+ years of relevant experience Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform. Familiarity with GitLab as a DevOps platform.
