You Are:

You are an experienced and dynamic product leader in area of automotive software domain, with deep understanding of automotive software stacks, testing protocols and compliance standards. You will lead components of our virtual prototyping product family at Synopsys as Product Manager. You possess solid foundation of software development practices, DevOps workflows and challenges of testing full stack software from applications, software in the loop (SIL) to hardware in the loop (HIL). You have a strong understanding of automotive software stack from low level software components like drivers and Board Support Packages (BSPs), operating systems to complex applications with mixed criticality levels.

You are an innovative thinker in managing products with leadership, strategic planning and business skills. You excel in a matrix environment and have a proven track record of managing and launching new products that drive revenue growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

There is never a dull moment. The field of electronic digital twin is at the cutting edge, especially in the field of automotive. The buck always stops at your table for providing vision, strategy, execution and go-to-market disciplines. To be successful, you will be -

  • Managing the product implementing strategic vision and execution of product roadmaps
  • Driving significant revenue growth through innovative product strategies that match market and customer demand
  • Developing business, technical strategy and Go-To-Market plans for the assigned products.
  • Defining and coordinating sales collateral development, pricing and packaging strategies, competitive analysis, product rollout, and sales training.
  • Establishing, enhancing, and distinguishing product competitive positioning.
  • Influencing engineering based on deep knowledge of customer needs and forward-thinking style.

What You'll Need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of related experience of managing software products, with significant time in automotive domain.
  • Strong understanding of embedded hardware and software domains, virtual prototyping flows, testing methodologies and related tools
  • Proven track record of successfully launching, managing, and growing products.
  • Ability to communicate and influence from engineers to executives internally as well as with customers.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.

The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can share more specific details on the total rewards package upon request. The base salary range for this role is across the U.S.
