Assignment Duration: 1 year

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our Clinical Innovation team. This role primarily will manage our innovation science and technology showroom/demo room. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate records of all of our scientific and technology tools, including their names, serial numbers, calibration dates, and tracking usage across different studies. This role also involves assisting with studies, managing tool maintenance schedules, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth operations within the showroom/demo room.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage the setup of the science and technology demo room.
  • Create and maintain an accurate inventory of tools including recording names, serial numbers, and calibration dates.
  • Track and manage tools' involvement in various studies and projects.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are regularly maintained and meet compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and services as needed.
  • Manage documentation related to tool usage, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Organize and schedule routine maintenance and calibration of equipment.
  • Support process improvements to enhance the showroom/demo room's functionality and efficiency.
  • Assist with setting up and dismantling displays and demos as required.
  • Arrange the logistics for equipment shipments, ordering, repairing etc.


Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum BS degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or industrial business environment.
  • Experience in clinical study coordination or management, particularly in a technology-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail for handling various tasks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to work onsite in Irvine for a minimum of 3 days/week and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with asset/inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Must be able to lift devices/equipment up to 100 lbs.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to tools and equipment.
  • Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of calibration standards and practices.
