Qualifications

  • College Seniors graduating between Spring 2025 to Spring 2026 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and a willingness to obtain property & casualty license upon hire.

What the day will look like

As a Cyber Broker at Aon, you'll gain hands-on experience in client-facing work, from technical writing to verbal presentations. You'll support senior team members throughout the full insurance brokerage process, helping prepare materials like proposals and presentations, and learning how to communicate with clients confidently and professionally.

Early in your career, you'll be exposed to high-impact topics like mergers and acquisitions and cyber liability coverage, areas many of our new hires are surprised to dive into so quickly. You'll build strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients, while developing a deep understanding of the insurance marketplace and how we help organizations manage risk.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Gathering and organizing information for client submissions
  • Supporting the broking process and providing ongoing service throughout the engagement
  • Assisting with billing, policy review, and documentation for your assigned clients
  • Using technology to streamline workflows and improve client service
  • Helping replicate successful solutions and identify new broking opportunities

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $68,000-$78,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
