Please Note: For this role you must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. What the day will look like As a Cyber Broker at Aon, you'll gain hands-on experience in client-facing work, from technical writing to verbal presentations. You'll support senior team members throughout the full insurance brokerage process, helping prepare materials like proposals and presentations, and learning how to communicate with clients confidently and professionally. Early in your career, you'll be exposed to high-impact topics like mergers and acquisitions and cyber liability coverage, areas many of our new hires are surprised to dive into so quickly. You'll build strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients, while developing a deep understanding of the insurance marketplace and how we help organizations manage risk. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $68,000-$78,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
