Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital (JHACH) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist (Nocturnist) to join our highly respected team. About the Institute
- The Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute (CBDI) is committed to serving as Florida's premier center of excellence for children, adolescents, and young adults with cancer and blood disorders.
- Recognized as one of the largest programs in the southeastern United States, CBDI is a leader in clinical, translational, and laboratory research.
- Offers comprehensive care across the full spectrum of pediatric cancers and blood disorders, including advanced immunotherapies such as a CAR-T cell therapy program.
- Provides a multidisciplinary, family-centered model of care in collaboration with social workers, child life specialists, psychologists, oncology nurses, pharmacists, patient educators, and nutritionists-all in one location.
Position Overview
- Join a collaborative hospitalist team of three pediatric hematologist/oncologists.
- Provide inpatient coverage for pediatric hematology, oncology, and bone marrow transplant (BMT) services.
- Coverage hours: 4:30 PM - 7:30 AM daily.
- Approximately 10 shifts per month; schedule developed collaboratively within the team.
- Responsible for admissions to hematology, oncology, and BMT services (no primary inpatient service responsibilities).
Qualifications
- Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.
- Demonstrated record of clinical excellence.
- Commitment to exceptional patient care and family-centered, multidisciplinary collaboration.
- New graduates with strong clinical training and alignment with CBDI's mission are encouraged to apply.
