The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Sr. Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality support to the Product Development VPs and their teams. The main responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel, and providing general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth team operations. To be successful in this role, you should be professional, organized, proactive, and able to communicate clearly and effectively across teams.

What Your Impact Will Be:

• Provide daily administrative support to assigned VPs, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and handling of logistics.
• Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries.
• Assist in preparing meeting materials, agendas, and presentations; take meeting notes and track follow-up actions as needed.
• Help organize department events and team meetings, ensuring logistics and communications run smoothly.
• Manage expense reports, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
• Serve as a communication point between leaders and their teams, ensuring timely distribution of information.
• Support cross-functional coordination within the Product Development organization and with external partners.
• Proactively identify ways to streamline administrative processes and improve team efficiency.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 3+ years of administrative experience, ideally supporting managers or directors in a corporate setting.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player.
• Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated agrowth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
