We are seeking a part-time Nurse Manager to support our Float Pool/Staffing team. This is a job-share role, working 2-3 days per week, with responsibilities including oversight of contracts, agency staff, staffing operations, and expansion of our float pool. The ideal candidate will bring nursing supervisor and staffing experience, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with UKG (preferred).

Sibley Memorial Hospital is a non-profit, full service 318 bed acute care community hospital serving the Washington, DC area. Sibley offers medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetric, oncology, orthopaedic, skilled nursing inpatient services, and a state-of-the-art 24-hour Emergency Department. Sibley's campus, with its new patient tower, is also home to the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center, the Johns Hopkins National Proton Therapy Center, Grand Oaks -- an assisted living residence -- a medical building with physician offices and an ambulatory surgery and imaging center.

Who Should Apply:

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required, Master's preferred.
• Minimum of three years' experience in hospital nursing with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Beginning level management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of leadership principles and demonstrated skills in area of practice.
• Current CPR Certification required.

Salary Range: Minimum 61.47/hour - Maximum 95.27/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
