Here's what you'd do:

• The client is seeking a Facilities Engineer to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our critical facility systems and equipment.
• The Facilities Engineer will be responsible for performing and documenting maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems and operating equipment, such as HVAC for controlled spaces, DI Water, walk-in and reach-in coolers / Freezers, and Compressed Air.
• Responsible for performing and documenting the required maintenance and monitoring for the cGMP facility systems and equipment.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance on the facility's mechanical system.
• Operation of the facility's HVAC, DI, freezers & coolers equipment.
• Conducts inspection rounds to ensure that all utilities and equipment within the area of responsibility are operated and maintained in accordance with cGMP guidelines.
• Manages small projects that need excellent planning and coordination between vendors and stakeholders.
• Executes on all quality-relevant work such as Commissioning / Validation, Impact Assessments, NCs & CAPAs.
• Adhering to all established Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Policies.
• Ensures adequate inventory of spare parts is available.
• Partners with team members and stakeholders to ensure KPI's are met.
• Training new employees on the maintenance of equipment, safety of equipment, SOPs and GMPs on an as-needed basis.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and with all applicable company, federal, and local EH&S regulations, guidelines, and policies.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $40.22 /hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week. (1^st shift).

Length: Temp (7 months).

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cGMP and or FDA-regulated Facilities.
