Job Summary
Under minimal direction, performs data abstraction and entry, review, and analysis on trauma
patient's specific to Quality Improvement. Provides consultative support to the operating units,medical staff, and service lines leaders, as appropriate, utilizing clinical data and clinical bestpractices to improve clinical outcomes. Supports quality improvement process implementation, working collaboratively with stakeholders to improve patient care outcomes. Provides support to the Trauma Program Manager and Trauma Medical Director, including but not limited to data entry, database maintenance and support, graphing, control charts, pivottables, and meeting preparation and follow-up.
