Videographer

Aquent's client, a best-in-class creative agency, is looking for a Videographer in Las Vegas to capture video and photography and an upcoming conference. This is a great opportunity for a videographer/photographer who is experienced in capturing live events and can work onsite at the Venetian Expo Center in Las Vegas on October 21, 2025.

Responsibilities During the Event

* Arrive by 11 AM for setup and provide comprehensive coverage until 4 PM for an upcoming event.

* Capture short, shareable video clips from a key speaker's address.

* Document candid moments during a meet-and-greet session with a prominent figure, ensuring branded elements and team interactions are highlighted.

* Conduct up to two 1:1 content capture sessions, including Q&A with a prominent figure (3-5 key questions) and Q&A with a team member (3-5 key questions).

* Capture all content in multiple formats, including vertical for social media stories/reels and horizontal for platforms like YouTube or LinkedIn.

Responsibilities After the Event

* Deliver all captured materials promptly for immediate posting.

* Produce one high-energy 20-30 second recap reel from the key speaker's address.

* Create two 15-second video clips from the 1:1 Q&A sessions for brand use.

* Develop one recap reel from the meet-and-greet session.

* Edit videos and at least 10 high-quality images from candid meet-and-greet moments, including color correction and sizing optimized for social media.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as an event videographer and photographer. At least 3 years of professional experience

* Expertise in capturing dynamic and candid moments.

* Proficiency in video editing and photo editing software.

* Ability to produce content in various aspect ratios (vertical for social, horizontal for traditional platforms).

* Strong understanding of social media content best practices and trends.

* Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.

* Ability to work independently on-site and deliver high-quality results.

Candidates must provide their own videography and photography equipment on the day of the event, as well as photo and video editing software.
