Your Role: Machine Operator I As a Machine Operator I, you'll be at the heart of our production process, operating machinery that powers the creation of high-quality components. You'll work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement are top priorities. What You'll Do
- Set up and operate production machines with precision and care.
- Feed materials and monitor machine performance to ensure smooth operation.
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Complete equipment inspections and report any issues.
- Record production data and contribute to process improvements.
- Participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support your team with additional tasks as needed.
What You Bring
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or assembly.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required).
- Must be 18 years or older.
