Our team in Commercial Aircraft Group is looking for a Commercial Aftermarket Business Performance Lead to join them. You will report to the Business Performance Manager, supporting the Airframe Business and have an onsite work schedule in East Aurora, NY. You will be responsible for the performance and tactical execution of APAC MTS (power-by-hour) contracts. This includes accountabilities for operational and financial performance.

You will serve as the primary communication link between internal functions such as finance, programs, contracts, sales, and operations, while liaising with our external customers. You will advise management and our customers on current performance and improvement opportunities. Working cross-functionally across the Airframe Business to organize and implement corrective actions is a key function of this role.

To be considered for Commercial Aftermarket Business Performance Lead, here is what you will need to bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum of five (5) years work experience in related field or discipline.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Demonstrated financial acumen.

  • Ability to travel internationally (ie. APAC Region). Although infrequent, some travel will be required.

As a Commercial Aftermarket Business Performance Lead, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day support and process governance for assigned MTS contracts.

  • Drive in-depth cost analysis and risk mitigation assessments for the MTS contracts for which you are accountable.

  • Manage all performance aspects over the contract life cycle from contract readiness through contract execution.

  • Responsible for meeting all contractual requirements while acting as a support resource for the customer and Moog's Customer Service Team. Thus, being conversant in all aspects of the contract is necessary.

  • Conduct periodic contract performance reviews both internally and externally.

  • Be initiative-taking in identifying issues and problems which impact performance, and in taking appropriate actions to resolve these issues to recover cost and schedule.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $85,000.00-$125,000.00 Annually

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
