Job Summary
Fulfills a diverse project information and organizational management function in the support of the disaster health project team. Provides in-house site management support to the team, carries out tasks independently, coordinates and attends meetings and maintains and adheres to project plans. Meets with and provides support to client project teams, internally and externally to the organization.
Essential Functions:
- Develops and maintains detailed project schedules. (15%)
- Participates in project and partner team meetings. (15%)
- Coordinates various meetings. (15%)
- Maintains project calendars. (15%)
- Ensures ongoing coordination between staff, healthcare coalition, funding agencies, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. (15%)
- Prepares and reconciles meeting agendas and minutes. (15%)
- Maintains files of all project documents. (10%)
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
Work Experience:
- 1-3 years of coordinating projects and collaborating with partners to achieve common goals and outputs. Required
Licenses:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient in project planning and life cycle development.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Salary $23.74 - $35.61 / hr
