*Job Title: Disclosure Desk Specialist* *Location:*
* *Remote*: Available for candidates with strong Disclosure Desk experience * *On-site (Tempe, AZ)*: Candidates with strong Closing, Post-Closing, or Funding experience will be considered for in-office roles *Role Overview* The Disclosure Desk Specialist is responsible for reviewing and issuing all required disclosures and redisclosures throughout the loan process-excluding closing disclosures. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and maintains high standards of accuracy in all disclosures. *Key Responsibilities* * Review and issue disclosures to loan applicants, including: * Initial Application Disclosures * Change of Circumstance (CoC) Disclosures * Initial Closing Disclosures * Ensure adherence to *TILA/RESPA* regulations * Apply knowledge of *0%, 10%, and unlimited variance categories* to manage tolerance cures for good faith fee violations * Maintain timely and accurate documentation to meet deadlines * Communicate effectively with team members via *Outlook* and *Microsoft Teams* *Required Skills* * Loan Disclosures * Mortgage Lending & Compliance * Mortgage Operations * Financial Documentation Accuracy *Qualifications* * *2-3 years* of experience in a Disclosure Desk role * Strong understanding of *mortgage compliance* and disclosure regulations * Excellent *time management* and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines * Professional communication and collaboration skills *Experience Level* *Intermediate* *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
