Job Description We are seeking detail-oriented Mortgage Processing Assistants to support our Processing teams with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of mortgage loan files. Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support including scanning, filing, and organizing paperwork * Communicate with internal employees via phone to gather borrower information * Navigate multiple systems to manage a high-volume loan pipeline * Coordinate with third-party vendors to retrieve loan-related documentation * Order and verify homeowner's insurance policies * Request and receive necessary documents for loan processing * Conduct employment verifications for prospective homeowners/borrowers * Accurately enter mortgage documentation into internal databases Required Skills * Administrative support * Data entry * Loan processing * Customer service and operational support * Familiarity with mortgage processes and terminology Preferred Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services (mortgage experience preferred) * 3+ years of administrative and data entry experience * Strong professional written communication skills * Ability to efficiently navigate and work across multiple systems * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills * Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently * Experience in financial or banking services is a plus * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
