The Opportunity The Medical Operations - Education & Communication (MOEC) function at US Medical (USM) aims to improve patient outcomes by translating medical data into clinical practice through clear, impactful education and communication. The Principal Medical Content Strategy and Excellence Lead, reporting to the Head of MOEC, will drive the enterprise's medical content capabilities, strategy, and digital initiatives for data-driven, impactful, timely, accurate, and customer-centric omnichannel delivery. Collaborating with the MOEC Director of Content Design and Execution, this role will build business cases and roadmaps, and lead the adoption, scaling, and impact measurement of digital solutions, including change management, training, and knowledge sharing with Operational Excellence teams. As a subject matter expert, this role will connect internal teams and the broader health ecosystem, elevating medical content's role in enhancing stakeholder engagement and improving patient outcomes. Location & Travel Requirements This position is based in South San Francisco, CA, and offers a hybrid schedule working in the office 3 days per week. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of South San Francisco, CA is $182,100 - 338,300. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
