Part-Time Paralegal (Manufacturing) - 100% In-Office

FlexStaff is seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Paralegal for the in-house legal department of a leading manufacturing company. This pivotal role offers a consistent three-day work week (100% in-office) and broad exposure across diverse legal areas.

Qualifications:



  • Paralegal certification (preferred).
  • Minimum of eight (8) years paralegal experience.
  • Experience and/or familiarity with local, state and federal laws, rules, regulations and
    Court procedures.
  • Working knowledge of and experience using Legal Practice Management Software.


Key Responsibilities: You will play a critical role in providing essential paralegal support across a wide range of practice areas, contributing significantly to the department's efficiency and success. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Prepare legal documents, including, but not limited to, contracts (Distributor,
  • Supply, Vendor Agreements, etc.), correspondence, memos, charts and timelines.
  • Provide administrative support to the Legal Department by establishing, organizing and maintaining files, calendars and deadlines, in addition to project and task management.
  • Conduct investigations, research and analysis of legal claims and matters.
  • Communicate with and serve as a liaison for internal Company departments to ensure Company goals are attained.
  • Communicate with outside counsel and consultants to navigate, facilitate, address and monitor complex matters.
  • Other duties may be assigned, as needed, or required.
