  1. This position is accountable for managing a profile of MRO/Facility-based Energy downstream customers in order to maintain and increase sales/growth and market share for the P&M Division. Position will serve as the single point of contact and will manage MRO/Facility-based customer relationships, coordinate pricing across geography/span of control. Ultimately, the goal of this position is to make major inroads to specific MRO/facility-based related customers and provide for Protective and Marine Coating needs in all of those various facilities/locations.

  1. This position will work with specified sale representative teams within stated geography to ensure that specific MRO/Facility locations receive the same level of service program offerings. The MRO/Facility Account Representative must be able to effectively utilize resources, marketing technical, and work with decision making facility individuals to meet customer expectations and achieve long-term sales/market growth. This person will also work with Product Marketing to create awareness of new products to serve customer needs.

  1. Will manage a territory that will vary based on Sales Manager input and aligned with Protective & Marine Sales Representatives within that sales territory.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • - Must have a valid state issued driver's license.
    - Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
    - Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to travel 50% of the time

Additional Qualifications:

Required:

  • Ability to work with all levels of the P&M Sales Organization
  • Ability to work with PSG National Accounts and Enterprise Solutions

Preferred:

  • Experience in the energy (traditional Oil & Gas); downstream subsegment (2 years minimum)
