Are you a senior-level strategic thinker ready to shape the future of talent at a leading healthcare organization?

Henry Ford Health is seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Strategic Talent Partner to act as a crucial individual contributor, developing and leading the comprehensive talent strategy for Talent Acquisition and Workforce Violence & Safety. This role is entirely focused on high-level strategic tasks and planning, owning the overall talent management roadmap for these critical groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Insight & Reporting: Serve as the primary thought partner to senior leadership, leveraging data-driven insights and compelling narratives to shape key business decisions. This includes creating and delivering high-impact presentations, bi-weekly strategic reports, and executive-level communications.
  • Talent Strategy Leadership: Design, develop, and own the long-term talent strategy for Talent Acquisition and Workforce Violence & Safety, ensuring all initiatives are strategically aligned with Henry Ford Health's overall organizational goals.
  • Event Management: Lead the strategic planning and management of key talent acquisition events, driving successful outcomes that support the overall hiring and talent pipeline strategy.
What You'll Bring:
  • Proven experience as a senior individual contributor in an HR, Talent Management, or Strategic Business Partner role.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, persuasive, and actionable executive-level presentations and reports.
  • A strong, strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.
  • Experience with high-level strategic planning and management of large-scale initiatives.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, administration, or other related discipline required.
  • Three plus (3+) years of human resources, strategic development, project management or other related relevant experience required.
  • Proven experience in a strategic HR role with a strong understanding of talent acquisition and workforce safety principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations to senior leadership.
  • Exceptional business acumen and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior business leaders. High proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and using data to drive business outcomes.
  • Must be able to drive business outcomes and collaborate effectively across the organization.
  • Experience as an individual contributor in a strategic capacity is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and deep-thinking skills, with the ability to influence strategy on a large scale.
