Job Description

The Senior Pricing Analyst plays a key role in driving data-informed pricing strategies by developing, maintaining, and analyzing pricing-specific reports and models. This position is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that support revenue growth, margin optimization, and competitive positioning. The Senior Pricing Analyst partners closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to evaluate pricing performance, identify trends, and recommend enhancements to pricing strategies. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with business acumen to provide decision support and ensure pricing decisions are grounded in accurate, timely, and meaningful data. This role can be located in Charlotte, NC or Manilla, Phillipines. If located in Charlotte the role will be in office 4 days per week starting in January 2026. If located in the Philippines the role will be in office and you will be working Charlotte time zone (EST) hours.



Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement comprehensive pricing analytics tools to inform stakeholders of key performance indicators as well as to enable informed business decisions
  • Serve as subject matter expert in pricing systems (SAP/Vendavo/PowerBI) in both the creation of key tools and supporting internal customers
  • Liaise with all levels of leadership on analytics and strategy development including the implantation and interpretation of analytics
  • Represent the Pricing team on cross functional teams and initiatives
  • Partner with IT and business leaders to continuously optimize our systems making them effective and efficient for key stakeholders
  • Provide in-depth analysis for Sales Leaders both proactively and reactively. This includes making pricing decisions, measuring future impact and all pricing ad hoc requests in support of Sales & Marketing.
  • Building comprehensive analytics packages including Deal Compliance, Price Evolution, Impact Analysis and other pricing related analyses.
  • Responsible for managing the full lifecycle of a concept from the high-level strategy and vision through to the realization.
  • Providing curated analytics for large, strategic customer quotes
  • Business lead for all ad-hoc and monthly pricing analytics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or another relevant field.
  • Master's degree in finance or business-related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in pricing analytics.



Additional Qualifications:



  • Experience in Vendavo or other pricing system strongly preferred
  • Experience in PowerBI Dashboards strongly preferred.
  • Self-starter who likes to solve problems and takes initiative when they see issues
  • Ability to interpret data and analyze information with specific experience in pricing analyses preferred.
  • Experience with managing and analyzing Pricing data and using pricing systems. Vendavo experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to demonstrate during interview process.
  • Superior communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent relationship building skills with experience generating solutions based on corporate goals and individual customer constraints
  • Strong attention to detail and takes initiative to continuously optimize their role.
  • Experience working in dynamic teams with proficiency in prioritizing team success over individual.
  • Results oriented and intellectually curious.
