*Position:* Call Center Rep
*Industry:* Tax and Financial Customer Service *Work Type:* Hybrid (2 days in office / 3 days remote) *Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm * * Open from 5am to 5pm (8 hour shifts). This shift will be 8-5 Monday through Friday * Monday - Friday * Hybrid - 2 days in office (Tuesday and Wednesday) *Pay: *$18-20/hr (Based on experience) *Contract to Hire: *6 months then permanent opportunity and role after contract period *Job Description:* The Call Center Representative is responsible for ensuring all incoming homeowner, lender, and third-party calls, consistently receive professional, courteous, accurate and timely responses to inquiries regarding property tax matters, initiating and following up on appropriate task research when necessary. *Inbound Calls:* * Processes a high volume of incoming routine calls. * Provides responsive assistance to homeowner, lender, and third-party calls regarding various tax inquiries for *Duties:* * Department is tax specific * Take inbound calls regarding property tax related questions * Outbound calls for follow up with customer * Goal 20-40 calls per day; lengthy calls * Will receive faxes and emails that will require research and sent to appropriate lender/clients * Need to be able to use multiple screens and 5 - 7 applications. Will need to be able to use different lenders websites/applications and navigate from one lender to the next. * Calls get transferred over from lender * Ability to adapt to changes * Newer employees will work w about 3 lenders for calls * Use MSP and Blacknight application. * Comfortable with escalation calls and ability to deescalate *Must have Skills/Qualifications:* * Call center experience required (Must Have) * Tax or mortgage call center experience HIGHLY (Preferred) * Collections experience (Preferred) * Bilingual: Spanish or Mandarin (Must) * Excel experience preferred *Experience Level* 2 years of call center experience in collections, taxes, financial, mortgage, or debt (Preferred) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
