*Annual Enrollment Representative (AEP) - Healthcare Call Center* Join a fast-paced healthcare call center team supporting patients during the critical Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). This is a *5-month contract-to-hire* opportunity ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others navigate healthcare options.
*Schedule*: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm *Pay: *$20/HR (paid weekly) *Location*: Las Vegas, NV 89113 (*ONSITE*) - Near Durango Casino/Ikea *About the Role* As an *Annual Enrollment Representative*, you'll handle high-volume inbound calls from Medicare patients answering basic questions about the health plan. You will be managing 200-250 calls/day transferring interested callers to insurance brokers for detailed plan discussions. *Qualifications* *Required:* * High School Diploma or GED * 1+ year of customer service experience (phone and in-person) * 6+ months of call center experience * Strong communication and call flow management skills #westpriority25 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
