Previous home care or hospice experience preferred. Experience with Epic or other electronic health record systems desirable. High School Diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of office experience Familiar with MS Office and Medical Terminology Superb communication, organization, prioritization and customer relation skills Current/Valid WI Drivers License; plus reliable/insured vehicle 1 weekday (8am-4:30pm) + every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday 8am-4:30pm) Hourly, Non-Exempt Intake
