BlueHalo, an AV Company, is looking for a highly skilled Senior Multi-Disciplinary Field Service Representative (FSR) with extensive experience in supporting multi-mission, multi-service, and complex integrated systems for DoD and National Security solutions. This position will primarily be Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). We are seeking a proactive individual with a deep technical background, strategic mindset, and a passion for tackling new challenges. You excel at diagnosing and resolving complex issues, building client relationships and operating effectively in varied and high-pressure environments. On any given day, the selected candidate will be asked to perform the following:
- Provide on-site technical support, maintenance, and repair for systems of systems (SoS).
- Ensure the safety and operational efficiency of systems and personnel.
- Troubleshoot issues by analyzing data, logs, and diagnostic information.
- Conduct routine system maintenance following established guidelines.
- Configure and update hardware, software, and firmware as needed.
- Utilize test equipment to diagnose and resolve technical challenges.
- Maintain accountability and proper handling of tools and test equipment.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring issues.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, installations, and system modifications.
- Submit detailed and timely reports on work performed.
- Provide feedback for continuous product and service improvements.
- Train customers on the correct usage and maintenance of equipment.
- Manage spare parts and equipment for forward supply points.
- Oversee the packaging, handling, storage, and transportation (PHS&T) of spares.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Adhere to company policies and ensure best practices are followed.
- Report project progress and performance to senior leadership.
- Review and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Offer input on product support strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify and nurture strategic alliances and partnerships.
- Scout new market opportunities to enhance service offerings.
- Prepare and deliver briefings to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and report key data and action items to relevant parties.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree plus formal training in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Electronics, IT, or equivalent military training).
- 8 years' experience in field service role.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in varied field conditions (outdoors, industrial sites, military bases, etc.).
- Willingness to work in high-stress and potentially hazardous environments, such as combat zones.
- Active U.S. Department of Defense security clearance (minimum Secret level).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Military experience, particularly with technical systems and field service.
- 3+ years of experience leading or supervising teams.
- 5+ years of experience in developing training, certification, and quality assurance programs.
- Possesses the flexibility and willingness to travel over 25% of the time to various work locations.
- Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Accurately monitors, tracks, and records hours worked, ensuring precise documentation and compliance with timekeeping policies.
- Thoroughly understands and operates in accordance with a contract's Performance Work Statements, ensuring that all tasks, deliverables, and services are completed to the required standards.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 The BlueHalo, an AV Company pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
