Sales Support Associate

Utz Quality Foods is expanding-and we're looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals in our Statesville, NC Distribution Center to help us deliver the crunch! As a Sales Support Associate, you'll play a vital role in our Sales Operations Team, supporting everything from product delivery and merchandising to warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities

• Support sales and warehouse operations across a designated territory
• Deliver and merchandise Utz products at customer locations to ensure optimal presentation and freshness.
• Collaborate with Route Sales Professionals (RSPs) to assess inventory and recommend product quantities.
• Rotate stock and build eye-catching displays that drive consumer purchases.
• Use planograms to create customized product layouts that maximize visibility and sales.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers to promote new product placement.
• Maintain and operate a Utz sales vehicle safely and report any maintenance issues.
• Manage warehouse inventory: receive, store, load, and track product using handheld technology.
• Unload trailers and verify load accuracy.
• Cover open routes and deliver product as needed.

Job Requirements

• Experience in merchandising, warehouse operations, or sales (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.
• Must be 19+ and able to pass the UTZ Defensive Driving Program.
• Ability to operate a step van or box truck safely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Basic math skills and independent decision-making ability.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, and pull light to medium weight products.
• Forklift or hand jack experience (a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
• Comfortable with extended periods of walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
