Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to join their team! This is a full-time, remote opportunity for appx. 4 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Act as the main point of contact for Talent Acquisition, managing incoming requests through Zendesk and resolving issues related to requisitions, hiring workflows, and system tools. - Drive issue resolution from start to finish- investigating root causes, coordinating with leadership, and ensuring timely, clear communication and follow-through. - Manage and maintain requisition accuracy within Workday and Eightfold, ensuring all hiring actions and job postings are updated and compliant. - Represent the Talent Operations team in cross-functional projects, from Workday updates to process redesigns, helping define and implement scalable HR system improvements. - Identify and streamline inefficiencies across tools and workflows, implementing automation or new processes that enhance speed, accuracy, and collaboration. - Take ownership of issues that arise using project management discipline to track progress, coordinate meetings, and ensure key milestones are met. REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations, with proven strength in managing transactional workflows and cross-functional projects. - Proficiency in Workday and comfort navigating systems like Zendesk or Eightfold The pay for this W-2 position is $65 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
