This role requires an experienced leader who can think strategically, use data to guide decisions, challenge the status quo, and, where necessary, reinvent how work is done through an AI and technology lens. As a Sr Director, you will partner with a cross-functional group of subject-matter experts to design and execute our People Team's strategy for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain, and organize work. You will have the opportunity to be hands-on, working side-by-side with Village leaders to get things done across a variety of people-related areas. A key focus of this role will be preparing our workforce for the future of work, including the integration of AI. You will lead the charge in assessing workforce impacts, designing change readiness strategies, and implementing capability-building roadmaps to ensure our teammates are confident and empowered to adopt AI tools and work effectively alongside AI.
