Maintenance / Electrical Technician - 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM start * End time 3:00-4:00 PM
Compensation: $25/hour (Based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance/Electrical Technician to join our maintenance team. This role is essential to ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our facility and critical production equipment. Every part we produce is a safety-critical component, making quality, precision, and attention to detail vital to this position.
The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on electrical experience, and the ability to adapt to a variety of daily tasks-from routine maintenance to troubleshooting unexpected issues.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 48-volt, 3-phase power.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and execute repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Support HVAC maintenance (experience is a plus).
  • Ensure all work meets the highest quality and safety standards, especially given that all parts produced are safety-critical.
  • Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment needs or concerns to leadership.
  • Assist with seasonal tasks and unexpected maintenance challenges as they arise.
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain excellent attendance and a professional attitude while working closely with teammates.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in maintenance, mechanical, or electrical roles.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and solve technical issues.
  • Experience with 48-volt 3-phase electrical systems required.
  • HVAC experience is a plus.
  • Commitment to producing high-quality workmanship with attention to safety at all times.
  • Willingness to continually improve skills and learn new techniques.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
