  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate findings effectively.

The experience you bring:

  • Fluency in Python, including UI development (Streamlit experience is a plus).

  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras), statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What makes you stand out:

  • Experience in the Workforce Benefits or Insurance business, especially in Underwriting, Enrollment, Claims, Benefits Operations, and/or Sales.

  • Experience applying GenAI techniques and analytics to key business processes.

  • Prior experience developing knowledge extraction tools, conversational agents, virtual assistants, autonomous systems, or agentic frameworks.

  • Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce CRM Analytics.
