Work Schedule: This is a part-time, 30% FTE position. Scheduled hours are 3:00pm - 9:00pm, every Saturday and Sunday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Guest Services Specialist to: Serve as the first point of contact for general information for patients, visitors, and staff to provide a remarkable patient and family experience. Warmly greet our patients, visitors, and staff to create a welcoming environment.
