Front Desk Clerk Details



  • Salary | $35,000+ (based on experience)
  • Schedule | Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)
  • Requirements

    • 6 months of customer service and/or office experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
    • Patience and a positive attitude
    • Professional demeanor and business casual attire
    • Tech-savvy and eager to learn





Key Responsibilities



  • Greet customers and visitors with professionalism and a smile
  • Answer phones, take customer orders, and assist walk-in clients
  • Create and manage invoices in QuickBooks
  • Schedule deliveries and track customer requests
  • Maintain accurate records using Word and Excel
  • Keep the office tidy, organized, and running smoothly
  • Support management with administrative tasks and special projects
  • Help manage the company's social media presence (experience a plus!)
