We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Support Specialist to support our client's Customer Support and Accounting teams. Schedule: 8am - 5pm, part-time hours available as well Pay Rate: $20 - $24/hr. What You'll Do: Assist the Customer Support and Accounting teams with day-to-day administrative tasks Prepare and deliver bank deposits with accuracy and reliability Handle data entry, record keeping, and general office documentation Support overall office operations to keep things efficient and on track Deliver top-notch customer service to both internal teams and external partners What We're Looking For: Previous office or administrative experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel with solid computer skills Sharp attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities Clear communicator with a friendly, positive attitude Self-motivated team player who can also work independently Love perks?
