Quality Supervisor

Staffmark is hiring a Quality Supervisor in West Hartford, CT! This role is ideal for an experienced quality professional ready to lead a team and drive quality performance in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: $70,000 - $90,000/year (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of quality inspectors
• Plan and oversee inspections for incoming, in-process, and finished products
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and reports
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
• Monitor quality metrics and assist in audits
• Train team members on inspection tools and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
• 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience, including 2+ years in a lead/supervisor role
• Skilled in GD&T, part inspection, and CMM operation
• Familiar with quality tools (SPC, 8D, 5 Whys) and industry standards (ISO, AS, MIL-SPEC)
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
