** This role has a projected start date of 1/1/2026 ** JOB SUMMARY: The Market Development Coordinator assists the bank's Market Development Executive in support of driving brand and sales opportunities across the footprint. In particular supporting the design, development, and execution of the bank's Special Events Calendar, customized local market events, while providing leadership and management of key routines, development of strategic and tactical plans, coordination of business activities. This role requires strong relationship management skills to interact with senior leadership, managers and associates throughout the bank to deliver business priorities. The successful candidate for this role is a highly motivated, detail oriented, tech savvy individual focused on providing high quality work. The Market Development Coordinator earns the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, special events, or administration. Financial services experience highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to draft business correspondence, reports, e-newsletters, and presentations.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks at one time.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize data and develop insights.
- Demonstrate excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the Bank and prospects.
- Proficient in PC functions including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook with the ability to learn other computer systems/programs quickly.
- Ability to travel with regularity within the Seacoast Bank footprint.
- Public speaking experience highly preferred.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assists MDE with coordination of meetings, travel, correspondence, presentations, etc. and other duties as assigned.
- Work with MDE in planning, design, contract review, venue marketing materials, research, software enhancements, and budget for each calendar year.
- Work with Seacoast's marketing team to coordinate mailings, digital collateral, calendar development, distribution lists, and registration system.
- Process customer payments, handle inquiries, rooming lists, travel arrangements, etc.
- Attend functions as needed for on-site support.
- Track financial analysis for each event (customer deposits, expenses, budget).
- Work with local leadership teams to provide data necessary to track ROI on relationships to expense for events.
- Work with MDE in planning and executing local market customized events for all channels.
- Support MDE with coordination and introduction of our programs and brand story to new team on-boarding as a result of acquisitions.
- Update brand and strategy deck as appropriate as footprint evolves.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
