Position Summary/Department Summary: Full-time social work position in the Fetal Care and Surgery Center providing a range of clinical services to pregnant women diagnosed with a fetal anomaly. Schedule: 40 hours (4-10s or 5-8s) Key Responsibilities: Screening/assessment/treatment of perinatal mental health Psychosocial consultation to multidisciplinary team Coordination of care within BCH and with partner delivery hospitals Opportunity to be involved in the development of the psychosocial arm of a new fetal surgery program. Minimum Qualifications Current Massachusetts license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker LICSW Education: Master's degree in social work Experience: Comfort with crisis management, goals of care discussions and bereavement Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential. Interest in program development and research is desirable.
