Job Description Terracon's Ft. Lauderdale office is looking for a Geotechnical Department Manager. As a leader you will manage and supervise a geotechnical department of staff dedicated to support projects in the greater Ft. Lauderdale and Miami area and surrounding counties. Projects include major freeways, interchanges, bridges, parkways, and commercial construction. Your role involves overseeing all projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company policies. This includes adhering to standards, safety protocols, and preparing cost estimates. You will be responsible for business development, including identifying project opportunities and maintaining client relationships to support company growth and success.
