What You'll Do: As our Expansion Planning Engineer Co-op, you'll take on impactful projects that sharpen your technical skills and expand your career opportunities. You'll help analyze and model scenarios that guide MISO's long-term planning, from integrating large loads to developing weather-dependent planning strategies. You'll gain hands-on experience with:

Some college of Electrical Engineering (required)
Experience
Exposure to or interest in Python, PSSE, EMS, or other modeling systems (required)
Familiarity with system planning or modeling coursework/projects (preferred) Interest in grid reliability and long-term system planning (preferred) Skills
