Description Local to Charlotte Great communication skills oWill be expected to present to project leadership in a clear/concise way on a very regular basis showing excellent command of their area oWill interface with multiple teams / TPMs /SMs to gather/understand status and be able to summarize succinctly * Professional and confident oA background in waterfall project management or hybrid role - However, they must be well-versed on Agile-Scrum Detail orientated and communicative (proactive with issues but will investigate options w/o being asked to) oNot just a status reporter/meeting coordinator, will dig into issues and actively help resolve them - VERY IMPORTANT Must understand that there is a process to follow that is non-negotiable JIRA experience is a very strong preference, as is MS Project competency PM/CSM qualifications are a strong preference (PMP, CSM/PSM, SAFe) Skills Scrum, Agile, Jira, Agile methodology, User stories, Project management, waterfall, sql, software development, .Net Top Skills Details Scrum,Agile,Jira,Agile methodology,User stories,Project management,waterfall,sql,software development Additional Skills & Qualifications Needs to Have: Agile & Waterfall, Jira, Sql Oversight of Software dev teams Experience with deployments Experience with integrated releases MS Project CSM Certification SOFT SKILLS Attitude, work ethic, sociable, coachable -w2 only, local to Charlotte! hybrid onsite ! 3 days week Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $59.00 - $63.00/hr.
