Salary: $21.29-23.65 Hourly
As the Marketing Manager, Retention (Email & Mobile), you will own the execution of Triggered and Transactional campaigns across Email and Mobile Messaging (App Push, SMS) for our Beauty Client's extensive, high-performing retention program. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager - Canada Retention, you will leverage your lifecycle marketing expertise and cross-functional partnership skills to drive client engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and QA campaigns within Braze and Bluecore, serving as the primary operator for build, testing, and deployment.
- Build, refine, and maintain event-based Triggered and Transactional campaigns supporting both e-commerce and in-store client journeys across Canada.
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle campaign development in partnership with Retention, CRM, Campaigns & Content, Product, Analytics, Development, and external vendors.
- Maintain a holistic view of the client messaging ecosystem across Email, App Push, and SMS.
- Ensure flawless operational execution by:
Proofing, testing, and QA'ing campaigns to confirm links, promotions, product content, and creative render accurately across devices. - Identifying and troubleshooting issues in partnership with Product and Engineering teams.
- Recommending workflow and process optimizations to improve efficiency and campaign quality.
- Champion the Canadian client experience by maintaining a client-first mindset in all lifecycle initiatives.
- Monitor and report on Triggered and Transactional performance, highlighting key wins and delivering actionable recommendations.

Qualifications
Experience
- 3+ years managing complex automated Email and/or Mobile campaigns using platforms such as Braze or Bluecore (experience with Epsilon also accepted).
- Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to build, launch, and troubleshoot campaigns.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into strategic insights (Tableau experience a plus).
