Job Description

  • Provide insightful feedback and data on recurrent issues to enhance customer service and performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding swiftly and professionally to inquiries from the Builder organization.
  • Foster and maintain positive customer relationships by actively gathering feedback from both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring ongoing improvements.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical teams to address customer needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Regularly generate detailed and analytical service reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify root causes and implement effective solutions to fulfill customer needs.
  • Assess customer requirements and offer expert advice and recommendations.
  • Establish trust-based relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Technical education, certifications, or related experience are preferred.
  • Experience in at least two of the following areas is preferable:
    • 5+ years of building erection experience.
    • 5+ years in the PEMB industry, particularly in drafting or engineering tasks.
    • 5+ years in PEMB manufacturing.
    • 5+ years in Field Service or Customer Service roles.
  • A strong knowledge of Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) and the ability to read blueprints are essential.
  • Proficiency in PC-based applications, including Excel, Word, and Oracle, is required.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills are necessary.
  • The ability to travel periodically (approximately 10%) for on-site visits.

Additional Information

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000-$85,000 + bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
