  • Consult with internal stakeholders such as product data teams, marketing, and customer experience advocates to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Assist in developing business, data, and constraint requirements to support product lifecycle management and dealer-facing systems.
  • Implement, deploy, and maintain web applications using .NET and Razor Pages, aligned with Steelcase's enterprise technology standards.
  • Design and manage Web APIs and SQL databases to support scalable, integrated solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts through enhancements and support.
  • Present new functionalities in stakeholder review meetings, translating technical updates into user-friendly language.
  • Collaborate with teammates across global locations to ensure consistent development practices and shared learning.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in software development, including internship or academic project experience.
  • Proficiency in .NET / C# development.
  • Experience working with SQL database systems.
  • Understanding of design patterns and engineering best practices.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a global team.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated initiative and passion for continuous learning.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud platform and its components (e.g., Key Vault, Blob Storage).
  • Exposure to JavaScript, Python, or working with APIs.
  • Experience or understanding of ERP environments or ABAP is a plus.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.

The annual base salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Steelcase considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
