Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Shop Floor Helper to join our warehouse and production team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations including packaging sheet metal for shipment, maintaining inventory, and ensuring overall shop organization and safety. Key Responsibilities Package sheet metal products for shipment according to order specifications and quality standards Build and prepare wooden skids and pallets for shipping Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading trucks Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and finished goods Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Support general warehouse and shop floor operations as needed Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications Prior warehouse, manufacturing, or construction experience preferred Familiarity with hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills #ZR
