Position Overview: Under the supervision of the Director of Residence Life, the individual in this position shares the responsibility for the overall day-to-day functions related to office administration and programming support of the Muir Residential Life Office. Under the guidance of the Colleges Business Office (CBO), this individual implements policies, procedures, and guidelines for fiscal and office matters pertaining to the Muir Residential Life Office. Implements office procedures and performs clerical and administrative services. Assists in processing residential judicial cases using the UCSD student conduct database, Advocate. Serves as primary liaison between Muir Residential Life office and CBO. Please submit a cover letter for a complete application.
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $53,160 - $75,335 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $25.46 - $36.08 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
